Standard and custom lift and pump stations are used to transfer up to 100 GPM of DI water to production tools, or acidic or caustic wastewater or other plant effluent to treatment systems.
Two standard lift station tank sizes are available "off-the-shelf" -

L2 Series - Duplex Pumps, 22" x 24" x 26" overall dimension with 30 gallons retention volume
L3-50 Series - Triplex Pumps, 26" x 29" x 32" overall dimension with 50 gallons retention volume
L3-250 Series - Triplex Pumps, 45" x 34" x 48" overall dimension with 250 gallons retention volume

  • Low level switch activates 1st pump
  • High level switch activates 2nd pump and alarm

• 110 VAC, 208 VAC or 240 VAC 3-phase
• UL-listed NEMA 4X enclosure
• Pump motor starters with thermal overload relays
