We can also optimize your water system for reuse and/or feed back to your makeup or reverse osmosis treatment system.

W2’s Ultrapure Water Systems pass feedwater through three subsystems to turn it into Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) and USP grade high-purity water that exceeds industry standards. We offer various options for pre-treatment and final treatment in our systems. Our pretreatment options include reverse osmosis and demineralization with reverse osmosis also known as HERO (High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis).

Our polishing treatment consists of ultraviolet light (UV) disinfection for organic reduction, Electrodeionization (EDI), and mixed bed ion exchange for demineralization followed by W2’s ultrapure water systems using UV, heat exchange for constant temperature control, non-regenerable ion exchange, membrane degasification, and finally ultrafiltration to achieve the required level of purity. Expect to see improvements in the quality and consistency of your products as well as operation, as you upgrade the water purity level in your manufacturing process.
